Trespassing case filed against Vasudeva Realtors and two former VROs

Hyderabad: Shabad police registered a trespassing case against the management of M.S. Vasudeva Realtors Pvt Ltd and two retired government officials on Wednesday.

The case was registered following a complaint by one Netyam Jayalakshmi, who stated that she was the owner of 44.22 guntas of land in survey number 302 in Solipet village, Shabad mandal.

Jayalakshmi said that B. Anjaiah and N. Narsimulu, two former VROs of Solipeta village, had trespassed into her land, according to a release from the Cyberabad police commissioner here on Wednesday.

The case was transferred to EOW for further investigation. During investigation, it was established that the accused Anjaiah and Narsimulu had colluded with the realtor and had fabricated village revenue records and issued fake certified copies of pahanis to the accused to claim the property of the complainant.

Narsimulu and Anjaiah were arrested and produced before the Chevella court and remanded to the sub-jail in Parigi.
