Belagavi: Brother-in-law, 2 friends rape 11-year-old

Belagavi: An 11-year-old girl was gangraped by her brother-in-law and his friends near Raibag, while she was returning from a hospital a few days ago. The incident came to light late only on Friday after the girl told her parents, who lodged a case with the police.

The girl was ill and her brother-in-law took her to a hospital in Raibag in his car.
While returning, he stopped the car midway on the outskirts of Raibag and told the girl that the vehicle had developed some snag.

He then called his two friends, who joined him. The trio then raped her and threatened to kill her if she told anyone about incident. The police are hunting for the three accused, who are absconding.
