Falaknuma police arrests absconding Volta qazi'

Hyderabad: Ali Abdullah Rifa alias Volta Qazi, who was absconding for a week, was arrested by a special team of the Falaknuma police on Monday. He was previously suspended by the minorities welfare department for illegal activities.

Rifa, according to police sources, went into hiding after a case was registered against him in Chandrayangutta police station. He was tracked down and arrested from an undisclosed location.
