Engineering Student Dies by Suicide in Adoni

Kurnool: A youngster died by suicide in Adoni town on Sunday evening. The deceased was identified as Karan, a 23-year-old engineering student.

Karan took the extreme step, while his mother and brother were away in Mumbai. Though he was rushed to the local hospital, he was pronounced dead. The police have registered a case and are investigating.

According to circle inspector Narasimha Raju, Karan’s parents doubt that persistent stomach pain might have been one of the reasons for him to take the drastic step.
