Ex-BRS MLA's Son Booked for Vandalism

Hyderabad: Panjagutta police booked former BRS Bodhan MLA Shakeel’s son for allegedly damaging the barricades set up at Praja Bhavan in Panjagutta. Police said that the incident, which occurred early hours on Sunday, came to light on Monday.

Shakeel’s son Baba lost his control over his high-end car and rammed it into the barricades, while heading towards Begumpet from Panjagutta. No one was injured.

Police said they had taken Baba’s blood samples to check whether he was in an inebriated condition at that time. Police are also going through the CCTV camera footage in the area, said Panjagutta sub-inspector K. Bhavana.
