Hyderabad: High quality prints of Pawan Kalyan’s new film Katamarayudu have been leaked online and the police is struggling to remove its links from websites. Hundreds of people have shared links on Facebook. Guntur police had registered a case.
The movie’s producers had approached the police requesting to track down the uploaders and help remove the links. “The links have been widely shared by Facebook users. We have written to Facebook seeking IP addresses,” said a police official. The police has failed to find out the first uploader and how he copied the movie.
"The print is of high quality and has been uploaded on many websites," said the official. Directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani, Katamarayudu is a routine Tollywood film. The piracy may affect its theatre shows.
