Hyderabad: Five drunk men attack Zomato delivery man

Hyderabad: A Zomato delivery man was attacked at Boduppal by five drunk men who intercepted him late on Wednesday night. 

The police booked a case against the five and are searching for the accused.

Gottam Krishna Reddy, 28, received an order to deliver food to a residence at East Balaji Hills Colony in Boduppal. While Krishna was on his way to deliver the food at about 10.15 pm, five drunk men stopped him near Boduppal and took away the food forcibly. 

When he refused to give the food, they beat and kicked him mercilessly.

Krishna, who received multiple minor injuries, called the Medipally police and lodged a complaint under Section 324 r/w 34 of IPC.
