Hyderabad: Realtor stabbed to death over land dispute
The deceased has been identified as Mohammed Imran, a real estate businessman.
Adilabad: A 28-year-old man was murdered on Saturday allegedly by a rival gang over a land dispute under Chandrayangutta police station limits. The police has registered a case have started investigation. The deceased has been identified as Mohammed Imran, a real estate businessman.
According to the police, Imran purchased a land at Shivarampally and over this he had some disputes with Dilbar khan Shahed and his sons. A case was also registered in Mailardevpally police station over the land issue.
On Saturday Imran went to attend the funeral of his friend’s daughter at teen Khabar graveyard at Kabgirnagar in Hashamabad. Chandrayangutta police inspector G. Koteshwar Rao said, “At 7.30 pm on Saturday a few persons waylaid Imran. As he opened the car's door, they stabbed on the right side of his chest and fled from the spot.”
Imran’s brother rushed him to Osmania General Hospital (OGH) where doctors declared him brought dead.
A case has been filed at Chandrayangutta police station against unidentified persons for the murder. The police has started investigation into the case.
