Telangana: Man ends life by suicide after wife consumes pesticide
KURNOOL: In a tragic incident, an RMP doctor ended his life by suicide at Gudimarla village in Devanakonda mandal on Sunday after his wife commits suicide by consuming pesticide.
Ranganayakulu, 28, could not withstand the news of his wife’s suicide and ended his life by jumping from a moving train near Dupadu railway station. Recent conflicts and differences arose between him and his 25-year-old wife, Latha, relating to family matters, the police said
According to police, the situation took an even more nasty turn when Latha, following an intense argument between them late on Saturday, consumed pesticide at their home. Despite receiving medical care, Latha died at around 1:30 am. Due to the loss of his wife, Ranganayakulu, in an act of despair, committed suicide by jumping from a moving train near Dupadu railway station in the district on Sunday around 6 am.
The couple leaves behind a one-year-old son. A pall of gloom descended on the entire village as the child finds himself orphaned by the tragic suicides of his parents.
