Deaf and dumb girl raped in Uttar Pradesh

Jaunpur: A minor deaf and dumb girl was allegedly raped by a youth in Hankaripur village, police said on Saturday.

The girl was raped last night by the youth who has been arrested, they said.

The victim has been admitted to a district hospital where her condition was stated to be serious, police said.

A case has been registered following the complaint filed by the victim's family.
