Ranga Reddy district school teacher suspended for beating 35 students
An order was issued by DEO stating Ms Sujana Kumar had been suspended with immediate effect for violating the Right to Education Act.

Hyderabad: The Ranga Reddy district education officer suspended a teacher at ZP Girls High School, Amangal, on Saturday for beating 35 students.
Hindi teacher Sujana Prakash Kumar from ZPHS allegedly beat the students of Class VI with a neem stick after she saw them celebrating the birthday of one of the girls in the classroom.
The teacher was booked under Section 324 of the IPC and Section 75 of the JJ Act on Friday after one of the parents saw weals on the child’s hands and complained to the Amangal police.
An order was issued by DEO stating Ms Sujana Kumar had been suspended with immediate effect for violating the Right to Education Act.
