Siddaramaiah to BSY, DVS: I have got you under watch', too

BENGALURU: In a tit-for-tat, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah seems set to hold up evidence against two senior BJP leaders and former chief ministers, B.S. Yeddyurappa and D.V. Sadananda Gowda, to drive home his point that they too were recipients of luxe watches from a Dubai-based businessman.  

According to sources close to Mr Siddaramaiah, such a move would help take the wind out of the sails of BJP legislators as they were planning to corner him during the legislature session on diamond-studded Hublot wrist watch reportedly gifted by a Dubai-based doctor.  

Interestingly, both Mr Yeddyurappa and Mr Sadananda Gowda have refused to joined the chorus of party colleagues led by state chief Pralhad Joshi on the row over an expensive watch sported by Mr Siddaramaiah.
