Hyderabad: Woman cheated on job promise, accused held

Hyderabad: Rachakonda Cyber Cell arrested a man involved in cheating a woman with a job promise.

Police said the victim was referred to the accused Lokesh Kumar Venkatesh, 28, who she was told was MD of Oboe International Consultancy. 

Lokesh promised her a job in Zann Constructions at Maldives and got her to deposit Rs 2.3 lakh into four bank accounts. The woman reached the company in Maldives which told her that didn’t know anything about Oboe Consultancy.
