Telangana: Second-hand vehicle dealers grabbing all

The customer alleged that some agents of second hand motorbikes were blocking the stocks by purchasing them in bulk overnight.

Hyderabad: A customer from Kacheguda claimed that some automobile showrooms sold BS-III vehicles in bulk to second hand vehicle agents in Ramkote. Mr K. Chandramohan from Nimboliadda said that he visited some showrooms in Kacheguda, Ramkote and Narayanguda on Thursday evening to enquire about prices of mopeds for purchasing one for his daughter.

“I checked the prices in seven showrooms. The staff insisted that I purchase the vehicle on Thursday itself. When I told them that I plan to purchase it on Friday, they asked me to come early. I went to seven showrooms between 10 am and 11 am but all of them had put up ‘no stock’ boards,” he said. The customer alleged that some agents of second hand motorbikes were blocking the stocks by purchasing them in bulk overnight.
