Toppers from Bihar cannot answer basic questions about their subjects

Patna: A video of two students which went viral on Tuesday has landed the Bihar education department in deep controversy. The video clearly shows two state toppers struggling to find answers to some very basic questions about their subjects.

In one of the video an intermediate science topper Saurabh Rai who had scored 485 out of 500 marks failed to answer questions related to chemistry.

In another video a student Ruby Rai when asked to explain what her subject political science in which she scored the highest marks in Bihar was all about, she said, “I think it teaches how to cook”, and she even pronounced the subject as “Pordigal science”, instead of political science.
