Bengaluru: MLA B. Sathyanarayana assumed charge as the new chairman of KSRTC on Thursday. Addressing directors and heads of departments, he said, “Service should be our primary motto and we have to work as a team. Our primary duty is to provide efficient transport service to our travelling public.

State transport buses are the lifeline of rural areas and we have to give priority to rural areas, besides providing efficient service to all sectors.” Dr P.S. Harsha, Director (Security & Vigilance), P.R. Shivaprasad, Director(P&E), and heads of departments were present.
