Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple opening on March 13

TIRUMALA: The kumbhabhishekam (opening ceremony) of the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple being built by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) near Telecom Staff Quarters Complex at Jubilee Hills Road No. 92 will be held on March 13.

TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal announced the date after the ‘Dial Your EO’ programme held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday. The ankurarpanam will be on March 8 and vigraha pratista on March 13. The Lord Kodandarama Swamy temple at Vontimitta is gearing up for annual brahmotsavams from April 13 to 21 while Sita Rama Kalyanam will be held on April 18.
