Former deputy chief minister Kadiyam unhappy with BRS leaders
Srihari said that despite his efforts to ensure the victory of BRS candidates in elections BRS leaders had ignored him
Warangal: Former deputy chief minister and BRS MLC Kadiyam Srihari on Sunday accused party legislator T. Rajaiah of not inviting him to the Atmeeya Sammelanams, unity meetings that were ordered to be held by party president and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao.
Speaking to mediapersons after participating in a function to distribute CM Relief Fund cheques worth Rs. 16.96 lakh to 36 beneficiaries at Station Ghanpur in Jangaon district, Srihari said that despite his efforts to ensure the victory of BRS candidates in Assembly and MLC elections in 2014 and 2018, and helping the party organise large events, BRS leaders had ignored him.
They had not even provided information about the recent Atmeeya Sammelanam with local leaders in Station Ghanpur constituency. He said MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy was aware of his hard work.
Responding to this, MLA Rajaiah shot back claiming that he was not given information about party meetings in Station Ghanpur, after that Srihari was appointed incharge of the Nalgonda Assembly segment. He said he would invite Srihari to the April 4 Cluster-1 Atmeeya Sammelanam.
