TTV Dhinakaran will not bring down government: Edappadi K Palaniswami
He promised to convey the problems to the ministers concerned and rectify the constituency problems.
Chennai: Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami on Friday expressed confidence that AIADMK (Amma) deputy general secretary TTV Dhinakaran would not bring down the government and asked the party functionaries not to worry about him.
One of the MLAs who met the Chief Minister during the latter's second day meeting with party functionaries said Palaniswami is asking about the problems in the constituency.
He promised to convey the problems to the ministers concerned and rectify the constituency problems. He also said the MLAs with Dhinakaran too were contacting him and appealed to the MLAs to be united in their support to the government.
The MLAs with Dhinakaran are not against the government, but only against the ministers in the district, the Chief Minister said according to the MLA. Dhinakaran's supporters would not bring down the government created by former Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa. He also expressed optimism that the government would complete its term.
