Hyderabad: As part of the test run from Nagole to Begumpet, weight, design, rail adaptability and electrification are being checked by Metro Rail staff. The technical team at the Metro station is recording the movement and checks the defined parameters. These tests are carried out to ensure that the engineering details are in place before the train journey starts.
Testing with passengers on board will be done before November 15. A senior officer from the Hyderabad Metro Rail said, “We are going to be ready by November 15 for the 30-km stretch.” Work on Ameerpet junction will be completed within a week, said senior Metro Rail officials.
