Vijayawada Railway Staff Wins Bronze in National Ball Badminton Championship

Vijayawada: M. Ravindra Babu, a technician-grade I employee of the Vijayawada Railway Division, has achieved a remarkable feat by bagging the bronze medal at the All India Railway Ball Badminton Championship held in Visakhapatnam from November 22 to 24, 2023.

Narendra A. Patil, the divisional railway manager of Vijayawada Division, lauded Ravindra Babu's outstanding performance and congratulated him on his significant contribution to the South Central Railway's success in securing the third position at the national-level championship.

Ravindra Babu represented the South Central Railway Ball Badminton team, showcasing his exceptional skills and determination throughout the tournament. His dedication and passion for the sport have brought recognition to both himself and the railway division.

Narendra Patil, along with other railway officials, felicitated Ravindra Babu at the DRM chamber on Friday, acknowledging his remarkable achievement and the pride he has brought to the South Central Railway and the Vijayawada Division.
