8 Naxals held in Bastar
All the eight arrested Maoists were members of Jan Militia or people's army of banned CPI (Maoist).

Bhopal: Security forces on Tuesday arrested eight Naxals in the forested village of Tahokadoha in Maoist-stronghold Abujhmad in Chhattisgarh’s south Bastar district of Narayanpur district.
According to a senior district police officer, a search party comprising personnel of special task force and district reserve group spotted a group of armed Naxals hiding behind a bush in the forest and surrounded them. An exchange fire between them ensued. Later, security forces arrested them.
All the eight arrested Maoists were members of Jan Militia or people’s army of banned CPI (Maoist).
