Kurnool: Queering the pitch, Deputy Chief Minister K.E Krishna Murthy said that he had no idea whether Kotla Surya Prakasha Reddy was joining the Telugu Desam. Feigning ignorance, he said he was not aware of any leader entering the party and if, indeed, it was so, it was a matter for the high command to address.
He made these remarks at Kurnool on Saturday after participating in the unveiling of a Kurnool vision action plan.
Elaborating further, he said that matters involving the entry of Kotla and which seat would be given to him were not under his purview and it was the prerogative of the Chief Minister, he said. He said the issue of injustice to him would be raised only when the seat allocation was made in deference to his preference and as of now any such talk was mere conjecture. He also hoped that no injustice would be done to ticket aspirants from the backward class community.
