Criminal case filed against Kejriwal for inciting communal tension'

Ludhiana: A criminal case has been filed against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Bhagwant Mann in Punjab.
Advocate SK Uppal on Thursday said one of his clients had filed a case against Kejriwal for distributing posters of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale.
He said that his client is of the view that the posters would create communal tension between the Hindu and Sikh groups. The advocate added that this is a criminal case and the punishment could stretch to a prison term of two years.
