18 government personnel to promote deekshas online
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is likely to announce special awards for officers and staff who can translate their work well on social media.
Vijayawada: Around 18,000 government personnel will post the highlights of Nava Nirmana Deeksha and Maha Sankalpam Deeksha, on social media platforms and websites. The state government expects over two lakh posts on Facebook walls and Twitter pages.

Mr Naidu has given directions to officers and employees participating in the deeksha programmes to post, on June 8, the concluding day, the developments in their assigned spots and clusters during the week-long programme on social networking sites, apart from sharing the information, pictures and videos to the official pages of CM on Twitter and Facebook. A team of officers has been entrusted with this task.
RTGS also will play a key role in this weeklong exercise, by analysing the developments taking place across the state throughout the week. The social media teams working for RTGS will do analytics on the themes and issues being taken up this week, and present them in the government websites and pages , with graphics.
