Many speed-breakers in Malkajgiri removed

Hyderabad: In a drive to remove unwanted speed breakers in the bylanes of Malkajgiri, GHMC officials have detached unwanted breakers. Those removed are from Geetha Nagar, Vani Nagar, Bhavani Nagar and RK Nagar.

“The speed-breakers were constructed by colony associations and were causing problems to motorists,” said Mr. Raghu Mohan, GHMC executive engineer, Malkajgiri. “The limit for any speed breaker should not exceed the permissible boundary. We received many complaints regarding this issue.”
