Court to first check premises offered by AP
Sources disclosed that the Full Court authorised the Acting Chief Justice to constitute the committee and issue necessary orders.
Hyderabad: The Full Court comprising all judges of the Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday is learnt to have decided to consider the letter submitted by the AP government to seeking to constitute the separate High Court in temporary accommodation and constitute the committee to inspect the building identified by the state government to set up the court.
The Full Court which met here for more than hour at 4.30 pm is said to have been discussed the pro and cons of shifting the court to a temporary accommodation and legal issues involved in constituting the separate High Court for AP.
Sources close to the judiciary said the Full Court felt that the committee constituted by the Chief Justice should visit the buildings and find out whether any of them are suitable to set up the court.
