AP BJP faces the heat on social media platforms
Andhra BJP social media platforms are flooded with hundreds of anti-BJP comments to the posts.
Vijayawada: BJP-Andhra Pradesh official page on Facebook and other social media platforms are reflecting public ire with hate comments ever since the Union Budget was announced on February 1.
While the BJP state leaders are unable to firefight the onslaught of TD workers’ ire on the ground, they are trying to hard sell the idea of “Modi did a lot” for Andhra Pradesh on social media platforms like BJP Andhra Pradesh official page on FB.
On Jan. 31, a post ‘Narendra Modi Government Real Time Dashboard of Andhra Pradesh’ was uploaded giving out details of funds released to the state under various Union government schemes like PM Ujwala Yojana, Jan Dhan, Mudra, toilets, street lights, Ujala and optic fibre.

Andhra netizens are of the opinion that BJP-led Union government had meted out a raw deal to Andhra Pradesh, which is facing worst financial crisis and inflicted with bifurcation wounds. They find Internet and social media platforms are the best way to vent their anger.
To the ‘Narendra Modi Government, Real Time Dashboard of Andhra Pradesh’ post one FB user commented, “As usual backstabbed; our state neglected; Andhra Pradesh not a single big-ticket projects sanctioned; Arrogance unlimited whether Andhra Pradesh part of India”.
Another FB user said ‘All people from #Andhra...just UNLIKE & UNFOLLOW..this page.”
People vented their anger at the BJP-led NDA in strong terms on the social media.
Since long, the people in the state have been crying hoarse about the raw deal meted out to AP during bifurcation of the state and even after that.
Despite all this, the Centre remained non-chalant and did not sanction any extra projects or schemes to the state.
