Nizamabad IT Hub will be inaugurated soon: MLC Kavitha

NIZAMABAD: BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha said that IT hubs in tier-II cities would provide employment to the local youth. She said that the Rs 50-crore Nizamabad IT Hub, to be inaugurated by minister K.T. Rama Rao, would provide employment opportunities directly for 750 youths and indirectly to many more.
Kavitha along with Nizamabad Urban MLA Bigala Ganesh Gupta and party NRI global convener Mahesh Bigala visited the IT Hub building at bypass road on Saturday. She launched the website of the IT Hub.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavitha said that inauguration of IT Hub was the beginning of industrialisation in Nizamabad district. She said that more industries will come up in Nizamabad.
She said that Telangana state stood second place in IT exports in India. The IT Hub would coordinate with higher educational institutions in the district to provide employment opportunities to the students, she said. Mayor Dandu Neethu Kiran, NUDA chairman C. Prabhakar Reddy, BRS leaders and others were present.
