Hyderabad: Gulf migrant worker ends life in Dubai

The incident came to light on Monday after his co-workers informed his family. Naveen had gone to Dubai few months ago in search of a job.

Nizamabad: A Gulf migrant worker Naini Naveen, 23, of Sadashivanagar mandal headquarters in Kamareddy committed suicide in Dubai on Sunday.

The incident came to light on Monday after his co-workers informed his family. Naveen had gone to Dubai few months ago in search of a job.

He committed suicide by hanging in his room on Sunday night. The parents of the victim were shocked over the incident. It is believed that financial problems might be the reason for suicide.

Bereaved family members urged the Telangana state government to bring his body back.

Gulf-Telangana workers welfare and cultural association president P. Basanth Reddy asked workers not to take such extreme steps and said, “We are ready to extend support to the workers.”
