Hyderabad: Car at high speed, crushed completely

Hyderabad: A woman and her two children, who were driving to RGI Airport to pick up her husband Ganga Rajesha, who was returning home from Qatar, were killed in a major accident on the Rajivrahadari Highway in the early hours of Friday at Shameerpet.
"There were no parking lights or any indicators on the truck, which is what led to the accident. A case is booked against the truck driver for causing death due to negligence." Shameerpet Inspector D. Bhaskar Reddy said.
Ganga Rajesham from Jaina village under Dharmapuri mandal in Jagtial district was working as a daily wage labourer in Qatar for the past 18 months.
Due to health issues, he was returning home. He boarded a Hyderabad bound flight on Thursday night. His wife Sattavva, son Shravan (12) and daughter Shalini (11) wanted to receive him at the airport. They hired a vehicle from the village and also a driver Jetty Raju (24). They started from home at around 10.30 in the night as Rajesham was scheduled to land at 4.30am on Friday.
