Assembly Speaker UT Khader, Legislative Council Chairman Basavaraj Horatti, Belagavi district in-charge Satish Jarkiholi, Women and Child Welfare Minister Laxmi Hebbalkar, Social Welfare Minister HC Mahadevappa, along with other ministers and MLAs were present.
