Death threat: BBMP joint commissioner files police complaint

Bengaluru: Sharing his opinion on the death threat sent to Mr Sarfaraz Khan, BBMP Joint Commissioner for Solid Waste Management, Bengaluru Development Minister K.J. George on Monday said, “Mr Khan is an honest officer. Some vested interests are taking advantage of the situation and sending threat mails to him." An inquiry will be initiated and action will be taken once the truth is out, he said.

Mr Sarfaraz Khan told Deccan Chronicle that he has filed a police complaint, but did not specify which police station.
