Hyderabad: National Independent schools alliance marks black day

Hyderabad: The National Independent Schools Alliance observed a ‘black day’ across the country on Teacher’s Day to protest discrimination and injustice faced by the community. 

NISA alleged that teachers and principals were being thrown into prisons across the country for no fault of theirs. The black day was also observed to speak against injustice.

“We request every teacher in the country to support black day to fight against the injustice done to teachers and school princiapls and managements of independent schools,” NISA said in a statement. It said the protest covered all groups from all school sectors.
