Congress issues notice to OBC leader

Hyderabad: The Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC) of Telangana Pradesh Congress committee has issued a showcause notice to OBC leader Nuthi Srikanth with regard to his alleged uncivilized and rude behavior with the senior leaders V. Hanumantha Rao on February 2.

The DAC has directed him to respond within a week regarding the same.

It may be recalled that Nuthi Srikanth has fought with other leaders at the felicitating function arranged by OBC department for Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on being appointed as a CLP leader.

Srikanth followers staged a protest alleging that Hanumantha Rao has played a role in denying Amberpet ticket to Srikanth.
