While the invite is believed to have been sent to big names across country, the family reserved a special invite for Wednesday when Nita Ambani, along with son Anant, presented the engagement invitation card at Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple.
The invite announcing that the date of the engagement ceremony is June 30, came with a minute-long montage video of the couple, set to a popular Bollywood song.
The invitation card was sent on behalf of Mukesh and Nita Ambani along with Akash’s siblings Isha and Anant Ambani.
Daughter of diamond magnate Russel Mehta and Mona Mehta, Shloka Mehta heads the family-run Rosy Blue Diamonds.
The young couple exchanged rings at an open lawn ceremony in a resort in Goa in March and later threw a star-studded bash at the Ambani residence in Mumbai, Antilla.
