BJP’s Raja Singh asks Owaisis to join RSS fold
More than 100 RSS volunteers, along with nearly 1,000 new volunteers, joined the march.
HYDERABAD: The Telangana chapter of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) went on a Path Sanchalan (route march) in the Goshamahal Assembly constituency, a stronghold of BJP, as part of the Vijayadasami Utsav. More than 100 RSS volunteers, along with nearly 1,000 new volunteers, joined the march.
Speaking on the occasion, the lone BJP MLA in the state, Mr T. Raja Singh, asked Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen’s Owaisi brothers to join the RSS.
“I want to tell Asaduddin and Akbaruddin Owaisi that if they want to know the power of India, they should join the RSS. They should know the importance of saying Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Mataram. If you cannot praise Bharat Mata, you do not have any right to live in India. It would be better that you go to Pakistan,” the BJP MLA from Goshamahal said.
An RSS volunteer said, “Senior RSS members discussed the strategies for strengthening the organisation in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Many volunteers from across the state participated in the Vijayadasami utsav. Thousands of new volunteers joined the RSS, pledging to follow the ideology of the organisation with dedication.”
