Tammineni Sitaram is speaker of AP Assembly
Sitaram, who represents Amudalavalsa, Srikakulam, has a vast experience in legislative affairs.

Vijayawada: Senior legislator Tammineni Sitaram will be the Speaker of the AP Assembly.
Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy communicated this to Mr Sitaram after a meeting of the YSRC Legislature Party.
Mr Sitaram, who represents Amudalavalsa, Srikakulam, has a vast experience in legislative affairs. He was first elected as an MLA in 1983 on a TD ticket.
Mr Sitaram belongs to the Kalingas, a BC community. He was a minister in the Naidu government between 1995 and 2004. In 2009 he joined the Prajya Rajyam. He joined the YSRC but lost in the 2014 elections.
