Unholy UDF-BJP nexus: CPM

Kozhikode: CPM leader Elamaram Kareem on Monday alleged an unholy nexus between United Democratic Front  and BJP in Kozhikode Lok Sabha constituency.

"BJP has not said a single word against M.K. Raghavan caught in a TV sting. It proves the nexus."

He said the CPM would move the High Court against Mr Raghavan for his allegation that the party was behind it.

Although it has many state-level leaders available here, BJP fielded a weak candidate, he said, based on mutual understanding.

National Democratic Alliance  candidate Prakash Babu is the state president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha.
