Sale of Nadigar Sangam land: Nasser complains against Radha Ravi, Sarath Kumar

The complaint was lodged by the Nadigar Sangam president Nassar based on a recent direction by Madras HC.

Chennai: Actor Nasser filed a complaint against actors Radha Ravi and Sarath Kumar over fraudulent sale of Nadigar Sangam land in Kancheepuram on Tuesday. The complaint was lodged by the Nadigar Sangam president Nassar based on a recent direction by Madras HC.

According to police sources, the issue pertains to  20 cents of prime land in Kancheepuram which during the tenure of Sarath Kumar as Nadigar Sangam president was allegedly sold to a private party under fraudulent means.
The newly elected members lodged a complaint but as the police failed to register an FIR, the Nadigar Sangam approached the HC seeking a direction to file a case.

"The matter is pending before the court and I cannot reveal the details, but we have given all documentary evidences to the Kancheepuram police investigating the case" Nassar told reporters.
