According to the officials, 108 students reached Hyderabad by two special flights and AP officials were sending them to their native places through buses and four-wheelers. Mutyala Raju said while 108 students reached Hyderabad in the first flight, the rest of the students would come by another special flight from Kolkata. AP officials provided accommodation facilities to a total of 161 students and arranged three buses for them to go to Vijayawada, Guntur, Chittoor, Kurnool, Visakhapatnam and other areas, he said.
“The government would continue the rescue operation till the last stranded person is brought back. “A total of four buses with the students reached various places in AP and we are arranging cars to shift students to other areas on Monday night,” Mutyala Raju said.
