VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is aiming at speedy resolution of grievances and would launch the Jaganannaku Chebudaam, a universal grievance redressal helpline for this purpose.

The helpline would allow citizens to directly call and raise their problems with the CM’s office, with a YSR ID.

The chief minister would launch the Jaganannaku Chebudaam in his Camp Office in Tadepalli at 11am today.

Jaganannaku Chebudaam is an improved version of Spandana. It aims to proactively reach out to citizens, gather their grievances in a focused manner and address them in a mission mode. Under the updated grievances system, an YSR (Your Service Request) ID would be given after registering the grievances and timely updates will be given through SMS regarding the status of the applications.

CM Jagan said that the applications received in the system will be tracked and monitored.

He said every thought, every step of his government was towards public welfare and it is committed to eschew corruption and usher in a bias-free society.

Officials said the Jaganannaku Chebudaam has provided 1902 as toll free number to solve the public's grievances. When people face any difficulty in availing the welfare schemes of the state government, or any problem in receiving YSR Pension Kanuka, or trouble in getting ration card, or any hurdles in receiving government services pertaining to farmers, women, senior citizens or others, then can lodge grievances through Jaganannaku Chebudaam.

If there is any snag in receiving YSR Aarogyasri services, any issue related to revenue records, any other individual level grievances pertaining to government services, the public can call on “Jaganannaku Chebudaam” @ 1902 to get these solved in due course.

Call 1902 is a toll-free number to register problems. A YSR (Your Service Request) ID will be given when grievances are registered and timely updates would be given through SMS regarding the status of the applications.

They explained that Citizens will receive regular updates regarding the status of their grievance and resolution, through IVRS & SMS based communication.

Under Jaganannaku Chebudaam, people would be able to directly connect with the Chief Minister's Office besides the project monitoring units to get their grievances addressed at the highest level, officials said.
