CHENNAI: If you want to take a photo with MDMK leader Vaiko it will cost you Rs 100. The MDMK has asked the party cadres and functionaries to pay Rs 100 for taking a picture with its leader and Rajya Sabha member. This is an effort to raise funds for the party.
The MDMK in a circular asked its party cadres and functionaries that they will have to donate a minimum of Rs 100 to the party if they want a photo with Vaiko. The party asked them not to waste money on shawls and donate money to the party instead.
In the circular the party stated that “for the attention of all party functionary friends, those wishing to take a photograph with the Party’s General Secretary will have to donate a minimum of Rs 100 to the party before doing so.”
