Kothagudem ZP office starts work

Kothagudem: The new zilla parisahad office has started working in Bhadradri Kothagudem, after the staff in the Khammam zilla parishad office was divided between the two districts. Bhadradri district emerged with 21 mandals and Khammam with 20 mandals and the staff were divided as per the work load. There were 52 employees in erstwhile Khammam zilla parishad. The officials divided the staff according to the work requirements. About 28 employees were transferred to the Khammam zilla parishad office and 24 to the Bhadradri zilla parishad office.
Khammam district collector R V Karnan issued an 'Order to Serve' notice to the concerned employees. The employees who worked together, gave a warm farewell to the staff allotted to the Bhadradri office.
The new zilla parishad chairmen have already assumed their respective offices and they were introduced to the staff allotted to their zilla parishad offices.
Zilla parishad statistical officer V Appa Rao and superintendent Venumadhav prepared the list allotting the staff between two districts as per seniority and posts.
