Hyderabad: Girl ends life fearing loss of job offer
The girl had scored 58 per cent marks in her exams but her company wanted 65 per cent. She was depressed over it, said Hayathnagar police.

Hyderabad: Fearing that she might lose a job offer as her marks were poor, Mounika, a 24-year-old BTech final year student, hanged herself to death at her residence in Andhra Bank colony at Hayathnagar on Friday.
“The girl had scored 58 per cent marks in her exams but her company wanted 65 per cent. She was depressed over it,” said Hayathnagar police.
On Friday, she hanged herself from a ceiling in her house. Based on a complaint, Hayathnagar police booked a case under Section 174 (suspicious death) of CrPC.
