Edappadi K Palaniswami returns on September 10 after 2 week foreign tour

CHENNAI: Chief Minister Mr. Edappadi K Palaniswami, who has been on a 13-day three-nation tour to attract more direct foreign investments for industrial growth of Tamil Nadu, will return to the city on September 10.
After concluding his tour of the UK, USA and Dubai in the last leg of his visit, Mr. Palaniswami is scheduled to arrive at Chennai airport at 2-40 am on Tuesday, an official release said.
During his very successful tour, Mr. Palaniswami visited important cities in these three countries, directly interacted with potential investors, representatives of the Tamil Diaspora and Tamil organisations abroad, to explain how best Tamil Nadu was suited for their industrial investments and invited them to join in the State's growth story.
Mr. Palaniswami also visited various industrial units abroad to take a look at the latest technologies there and to discuss the feasibility of replicating them in Tamil Nadu, the release added.

He then flew to USA and held meetings with foreign and NRI investors in New York, launched the new networking initiative ‘Yaadhum Oore’ there.
Later he had interactions in San Jose and San Francisco before taking off to Dubai on Sunday on the final leg of his foreign tour.
