Electric buses soon: Laxman Savadi

Mysuru: DyCM Laxman Savadi said that though the fuel prices are rising, the state has no proposal to increase bus fares, but is planning to introduce electric buses. He was speaking to the media here on Sunday.

Mr Savadi said special buses will be in place for Dasara.

He defended the move to amend the Motor Vehicle Act and said, If people did  not violate traffic rules, they need not pay fines.

He visited Chamundeswari temple and  Suttur matha.
