Prohibitory orders around Rangayana in Mysuru

BENGALURU (MYSURU): Commissioner of Police, Mysuru city B. Ramesh has clamped prohibitory orders around Rangayana office in Mysuru on Tuesday from 6 am to 6 pm under section 144 of CrPC in view of the protest and laying siege by the members of Karnataka Rajya Kurubara Sangha in association with the members of Karnataka Rajya Hinduhulida Vedike and Congress party workers condemning portrayal of Congress leader and former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in bad light in a play staged a couple of days back. 

In a release, the Police Commissioner prohibitory orders have been imposed in a radius of 200-meters around Rangayana and Kalamandir located in the same premises in Mysuru city on Mysuru-Mangaluru road. It is estimated that around 10,000 people would gather to lay siege to the Rangayana.
