CHENNAI: Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam on Thursday asked Governor CH Vidyasagar Rao to order a floor test to prove his majority since many MLAs are “kept under captive” and gave a complaint by MLA Shanumuganathan who alleged that he was herded into a bus by Sasikala camp without his consent and how he “escaped” from their net.
