Intense heat kills 11 more

Hyderabad: Heatwave conditions have claimed 11 more lives on Saturday across Telangana state.While six sunstroke deaths were reported from Nalgonda district alone, five deaths were reported from Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar, Warangal and Medak districts.

In Nalgonda district, Pittala Anand,48, of Miryalaguda, Nomula Shailaja, 25, of Vemulapally mandal, Bhukya Amar Singh, 65, of Matampally mandal, Mudigonda Tiru-paiah, 51, of Chilukuru mandal, N. Buchaiah, 45, of Chilukuru mandal and P. Venkatamma, 45, of Tirumalagiri mandal died due to sunstroke. In Karimnagar district, Konde Ellaiah, 40, and T. Raghunatha Swamy, 35, of Huzurnagar mandal died. One each death was reported from  Mahbubnagar, Warangal and Medak districts.
